  • Weekdays (Monday to Thursday) £100
  • Weekdays (Fridays) £120
  • Saturdays £230
  • Sundays/Bank Holidays (subject to availability) £375

Prices do not include the cost of marriage/civil partnership certificates, these can be purchased at a cost of £4 each.

Payment can be paid by cash or credit/debit card.

Please note that full payment is required at the time of booking.

Changes and cancellations

You have the right to cancel the booking for a period of seven working days (Monday - Friday), starting the day after your fee is paid, to obtain a full refund of the money you have paid. In the event that you decide to cancel your booking, for any reason, after this seven day period has expired, we regret that £50 of your payment is non-refundable. This is due to the administrative costs which we incur in arranging your ceremony.

Should you wish to amend your booking for any reason after payment has been made, an amendment fee of £20 is payable on each occasion that details of a booking are changed. All details which are changed at the same time are only subject to one amendment fee. Amendments can include date, time and/or venue.

When changing a booking, please be aware that additional ceremonies fees may also apply in addition to the amendment fee. Should you wish to change your chosen venue, it will be necessary for you to serve new notices of marriage for the new venue and this will require you to pay the relevant notice of marriage fee again.

Can I personalise my wedding or civil partnership ceremony?

If you are forming a civil partnership, the law states that both parties must sign the partnership schedule in the presence of a civil partnership registration officer and 2 witnesses, holding a formal ceremony is optional. However we would encourage you to make the occasion as memorable for yourselves and your guests as possible.

If you are marrying, you are required to have a ceremony, where legal words must be spoken to be legally married.

Around the basic ceremony, you can add many other features to make you day special to yourselves, your own music, involve friends or relations by having readings or during the exchange of rings.

We will provide you with a wedding/civil partnership wish list for you to complete and return to us at least 7 days prior to the wedding date.

Please note that the ceremony is a civil ceremony, therefore it is not possible to have any religious content (music, readings or words). You would be required to provide a copy of any readings or words you wish to use when you return your wish list, so they can be confirmed as suitable for the ceremony.

If you require specific music to be played during the ceremony, you must supply this on CD.
