The Jolly Londoner, Wentworth Avenue

A derelict eyesore since closing, the Jolly Londoner has been demolished replaced with six brand new three and four bedroom houses for people on the council housing register.

Four 3-bedroom homes and two 4-bedroom homes have been built, all with parking spaces.

Tenants moved into their new homes in January 2013.

Newbeech House, Long Readings Lane

An old nursing home, Newbeech House had been empty since the council opened a new facility in Wexham.

It has now been demolished and the site transformed with 18 new three and four bedroom houses for people on the council housing register.

ThereĀ are two 4-bedroom houses, ten 3-bedroom houses and six 2-bedroom houses.

Tenants moved in their new homes in June 2013.

Old library and garage site, Wentworth Avenue

The Britwell Centre is finished and houses a brand new Britwell library and the old library and next door car garageĀ is ready to make way for new homes.

Nine homes are planned for the site all for residents on the council's housing register.

There will be two 4-bedroom houses, three 3-bedroom houses and four 2-bedroom houses.
