Following the Metropolitan Police Service’s statement that a Hotpoint FF175BP fridge freezer has been identified as the initial source of the Grenfell Tower fire, the Government has ordered an immediate examination of the unit by technical experts to establish the cause of the incident.
This product, which was manufactured between 2006 and 2009, has not been subject to product recalls and this testing will establish whether any further action is required.
If you believe you may own a Hotpoint fridge freezer model number FF175BP (white) or FF175BG (grey)  you should call Whirlpool Corporation’s freephone hotline on 0800 316 3826 or visit their website to register for further updates.
At this stage there is no specific reason for consumers to switch off their fridge freezer pending further investigation.

The following notice has been issued by the Food Standards Agency:

Zipvit Ltd is recalling ZV Whey Protein 80 because it contains milk which is not mentioned on the label. This means the product is a possible health risk for anyone with an allergy or intolerance to milk or milk constituents. The product was mainly sold via the company's websites www.zipvitsport.co.uk and www.zipvit.co.uk but also in their factory shop.

If you have bought the above product and have an allergy or intolerance to milk or milk constituents, do not consume it. Instead return the product free of charge in exchange for a full refund.

Action taken by the company
Zipvit Ltd is recalling the above product from customers and has been advised to contact the relevant allergy support organisations, which will tell their members about the recall. The company has also emailed its internet customers and will issue a point-of-sale notice displayed in their factory shop.
