You can pay your rent in several ways:
This is the easiest way to pay your rent if you have a Bank/Building Society account. The Bank or Building Society will pay your rent direct from your account on the 1st or 20th of each month.

Make your rent payments through our online payments system, if you have a debit or credit card.
You can make regular or one-off payments 24 hours a day. When you pay, please have the following details ready:

You can pay by debit or credit card, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on 0845 303 9488. You will need to have your Debit or Credit card to hand along with your Rent Payment card. When prompted you will need to enter your 11 digit number on your phone pad – this number can be found at the bottom right hand corner of your Rent Payment Card.
Please take care when entering your account number as this is the reference used to allocate your payment to your rent account.

You can make payments by cash or cheque at any post office in the country or at our Customer Service Centre. Please make sure you have your Rent Payment card with you at the time of payment. You will be issued with a receipt, which you should keep safe for your records.

Please note: we will charge an administration fee if your cheque is returned to us unpaid by your bank.
You may wish to pay by standing order – however, this method can take up to 7 days to reach us. It is also your responsibility to change your standing order every time your rent changes. This does not happen automatically.
Please contact the customer service team to get more information or for your full customer reference number before setting up your standing order.
You can now pay your Housing Rent at outlets displaying the 'PAYZONE bill payments' logo. You must have your payment card with you and most of the outlets will only accept payments in cash.
