#10minutes4Slough is a free 8 week challenge to get Slough residents active – and taking care of their mental and physical wellbeing.
“Did you know – 60% of adults aged 40-60 haven’t walked briskly, for 10minutes continuously, for 28 days!”
To move more – at least 10 minutes a day. This doesn’t have to be strenuous physical activity. Just moving more.
For 8 weeks, leading up to World Mental Health day on 10 October. But you can sign up at any time as you’ll still benefit.
Everyone! This is a totally inclusive opportunity open to all ages and abilities.
Simply sign up and receive a set of flexible 10 minute activity suggestions right into your inbox every Monday and Friday. You just choose which you do, where you do them and when.
