Family learning
The library regularly runs free family learning courses (usually lasting 4 – 6 weeks) designed to whet your appetite for learning. These courses are designed to help develop your skills and knowledge as parents. They cover subjects such as storytelling, healthy eating, world songs, literacy, language development, IT and much more.
Visit the library for health advice and awareness at specific days and times. Speak to a primary care health activist if you are concerned about your own health or for a family member's health. Themes include how to quit smoking and cardiac care.
