Language courses on cassette, CD or CD-Rom or in print are available at Slough Library. They range from basic phrases to help you get by on holiday, to detailed courses to teach you a language fluently and competently.
Language courses available include:
Albanian, Arabic, Chinese, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Farsi, French, German, Greek, Hebrew, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Lithuanian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Spanish, Swahili, Swedish, Thai, Ukrainian and Welsh.
It's easy to check which language courses we have from our library catalogue. For example, if you want a Spanish Language course, enter the phrase ‘Spanish Language Course’ in the keyword search and a list of the Spanish Language courses will appear. Don’t forget to click on ‘more details’, to find out what is included in the course, eg, cassette, CD.
