That the list of contracts attached at Appendix A (to the report) and circulated on 18^th September be endorsed.

The Cabinet considered a report detailing contracts of a value of over £250,000 that were proposed to be let in 2009/10 financial year that had not been included in the report to Cabinet on 20^th April 2009.  Members were advised that an additional contract in excess of £250,000 (contract for design and build for play areas in Slough) needed to be added to the list. 

Resolved - That the list of contracts attached at Appendix A (to the report) and circulated on 18^th September be endorsed.
