Minutes:
Councillor Parmar declared a personal and personal prejudicial interest in agenda item 2, Five Member Requisition to consider the recent Cabinet decision regarding the Tennis Centre, Salt Hill Park, Slough as he was the Chair of the Thames Valley Athletic Centre. He withdrew from the meeting during consideration of the item.
Councillor Swindlehurst declared that he was the Council’s observer on the Slough Community Leisure Trust but had not taken part in meetings of the Board of Trustees which had considered the issue of the Tennis Centre. He advised that he would approach the matter with an open mind and would remain, speak and vote on the item.
