The Minutes of the last meeting held on 10^th November 2010 were approved as a correct record.

Matters Arising

In response to a Member question regarding the current position on the Census 2011, the Committee was advised that a meeting had been arranged for 16^th December, 2010 and this would be attended by Glen Watson, Census Director, Ruth Bagley, Chief Executive and other Officers. An update would be provided at the Overview and Scrutiny meeting scheduled for 27^th January 2011.
