“That the recommendation as set out in the report be approved and adopted”. 

The recommendation was put and carried by 27 votes to 1 vote with 2 abstentions. 

Resolved -  That the Submission on Council Size, attached at Appendix A of the report be approved and forwarded to the LGBCE.
