Minutes:
Councillor Swindlehurst moved and Councillor M S Mann seconded a vote of thanks to the retiring Mayor for his service during the past municipal year. A number of other Members added their thanks to the Mayor. The Mayor replied to the vote of thanks and added his own thanks to those Members and Officers who had supported him during the year.
