Minutes:
Councillor Bal moved and Councillor Zarait seconded a vote of thanks to the retiring Deputy Mayor. A number of other Members added their thanks to the Deputy Mayor. The Deputy Mayor replied to the vote of thanks and added her own thanks to those Members and Officers who had supported her during the year.
