The Council was advised that it had not been possible to identify a suitable alternative polling place for Polling District NC and it would be necessary to defer this item to the next meeting.

Resolved-  That the determination of the location of the  designated Polling Place for Polling District NC be deferred to the Council Meeting on 29^th November, 2011.
