It was moved by Councillor Anderson,

Seconded by Councillor Swindlehurst,

“That the recommendations set out in the report be approved and adopted subject to an amendment to remove the entry for the Borough Election on 2^nd May, 2013 and the related scheduled training meetings”. 

The recommendations were put and carried unanimously.

Resolved-

(a)  That the calendar of meetings for the 2011/12 municipal year attached at Appendix A to the report be approved subject to the removal of the entry showing ‘Borough Election’ on 2nd May, 2013 and the related scheduled training meetings.

(b)  That the Deputy Borough Secretary be authorised to make amendments to the calendar resulting from any constitutional changes that may be agreed, in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution.
