Variation of condition 7 of planning permission P/10549/003 dated 10/09/2012 for alterations to front and rear elevations to facilitate internal subdivision of the unit into two separate units, plus the insertion of a mezzanine floor of 836m2 for display only with no retail sales to allow up to 5% of the gross floor space of unit 731B to be used for the sale of food or food products.

That the application be referred back to the Committee for decision if agreement not reached by 4^th July, 2013.
