Details of the NASACRE AGM taking place on 22^nd May 2014 (also European and Borough Election day) were received.  Jo Fageant would be attending in her capacity as Secretary.

Resolved -  That any member wishing to attend the AGM should inform the Chair, the cost to be borne by the budget.
