Resolved – that the minutes of the meeting held on 7^th February 2014 be approved as a correct record, with the following amendment re. Agenda item 99 - Declarations of Interest:

With reference to TA12-1314, Councillor Shah declared a personal interest in that she knew the family. However, she felt able to continue without predisposition and remained as an active panel member for the duration on the hearing.

Councillor Rasib also declared a personal interest in that the appellant was a member of his extended family. Councillor Rasib withdrew, and did not take part in the hearing. The appeal was then heard in absence.
