Councillor Dar advised that he would take no part in the decision making process and would leave the meeting during consideration of that item.
Councillor Rasib declared an interest in respect of Agenda Item 6 – P/06348/008 – Lion House: Depot & No. 10, Petersfield Avenue, Slough, in that he was part of the Planning Committee that approved the original application. Councillor Smith declared an interest in respect of Agenda Item 11 P/10864/006 – Former Heathrow Coldstore, Lakeside Industrial Estate, Lakeside Road, Colnbrook, Slough, in that as a member of the Colnbrook & Poyle Parish Council he had taken part in a discussion regarding this development. Councillor Smith advised that no vote had been carried out as part of this discussion, and that he retained an open mind and would debate and vote on the item.
