Delegated to the Acting Planning Manager for formal determination, following withdrawal of the Highway Agency and Natural England’s objections, resolving highway and transport matters, to agree revised drawings requested and consider any further observations from statutory consultees, finalising conditions and completion of a Section 106 Agreement.
