It was proposed by Councillor Anderson,

Seconded by Councillor Swindlehurst,

(a)  “That Committees be appointed and seats thereon allocated to political groups in accordance with the rules of proportionality, as set out in the supplementary report.

(b)  That appointments be made to Committees as set out in Appendix 1 to the report.

(c)  That the Deputy Leader and Commissioners (the Cabinet) be appointed as set out in Appendix 1 to the report.

(d)  That the Chairs and Vice-Chairs of Committees be appointed as set out in Appendix 1 to the report.

(e)  That the allocation of Political Officer support to Political Groups remain unchanged.

(f)  That appointments be made to quasi-judicial and other bodies as set out in Appendix 2 to the report.

The recommendations were put to the vote and carried unanimously.

Resolved -
