It was moved by Councillor Swindlehurst,

Seconded by Councillor Hussain,

(a)  “That the amendments to Part 4 -  Overview and Scrutiny Procedure Rules be approved as set in paragraph 5.5 for implementation from 1^st June 2015;

(b)  That the Head of Democratic Services be authorised to amend the current published Constitution to reflect Council Structures, legislative requirements and other administrative amendments as necessary.”

The recommendations were put to the vote and carried unanimously.
