‘A’-  Revised Policy for the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS)

It was moved by Councillor Davis,

Seconded by Councillor Shah,

“That the revised Policy for the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) be adopted.”

The recommendation was put to the vote and carried unanimously.

Resolved -   That the revised Policy for the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) be adopted.

‘B’-  Gambling Act 2005: Review of Statement of Licensing Principles

It was moved by Councillor Davis,

Seconded by Councillor Shah,

“That the Gambling Act 2005 Statement of Principles policy (as amended 2015) be adopted as the Council’s Gambling Policy.”

The recommendation was put to the vote and carried unanimously.

Resolved -   That the Gambling Act 2005 Statement of Principles policy (as amended 2015) be adopted as the Council’s Gambling Policy.

It was moved by Councillor Davis,

Seconded by Councillor Shah,

“That a new resolution for a ‘No Casino’ policy be passed.”

The recommendation was put to the vote and carried unanimously.

‘D’-  Home Office Model Street Collection Regulations

It was moved by Councillor Davis,

Seconded by Councillor Shah,

“That the Home Office Model Street Collection Regulations be re-adopted.”

The recommendation was put to the vote and carried unanimously.
