Demolition of existing buildings and construction of a new two storey building for use as a store and preparation centre in connection with the neighbouring bakery.

Delegated to the Planning Manager for resolution of outstanding highway issues, consideration of outstanding consultations, any minor design changes, finalising conditions completion of a S106 Agreement to tie all four sites owned by the applicant together and final determination.  In the event that the S106 cannot be agreed, that the application is returned to the Committee for decision.
