Delegated to the Planning Manager for the signing of a satisfactory Section 106 Agreement (or unilateral planning obligation) as necessary; to agree any revised drawings; to consider any further observations from neighbours / consultees; to agree the outstanding matters referred to in the report; and to agree any minor amendments to the planning application, draft conditions and Section 106 planning obligation matters.
