Delegated to Officers to review further options for Southern access via SBC as land owner, to determine whether a safe and viable solution can be found. Committee Members are to be notified of the outcome of this review. If Committee Members continue to have concerns, or if Officers are unable to reach an agreement with the Applicant, the application is to be brought to Planning Committee meeting on 30th July for further deliberation. |
