Seconded by Councillor Carter,

“That Catherine Meek, Head of Democratic Services be appointed (with effect from 14^th July 2015) as Returning Officer for the Colnbrook with Poyle Parish Council By Election to be held on 20^th August 2015.”

The recommendation was put to the vote and carried unanimously.
