Demolition of existing building and erection of five - storey office building (class B1a) with ancillary ground floor unit with flexible class A1 / A3 / A4 / D2 use; including 100 car parking spaces and associated servicing arrangements enhanced landscaping and associated public realm improvements and other associated works.

Deferred to a future Committee meeting to allow further discussion  with the Applicant to achieve an improvement to the façade and character of the building.
