The Neighbourhoods and Community Services Scrutiny Panel’s support for the extension of the pilot of the littering enforcement project in to Phase 2 for a further 6 months from the 1st April 2016 was noted.

The Cabinet considered the reference from the Neighbourhoods & Community Services Scrutiny Panel meeting on 23^rd February 2016 asking it to note the Panel’s view on the Littering Project.  The Cabinet noted the decision of the Panel to support the extension of the pilot and that the decision would be made under delegated authority, taking the Panel’s view into account.

Resolved –  That the Neighbourhoods and Community Services Scrutiny Panel’s support for the extension of the pilot of the littering enforcement project in to Phase 2 for a further 6 months from the 1st April 2016 be noted.
