Bin store and cycle parking within the rear end of the ground floor.

Delegated to the Planning Manager for approval subject to consideration of any substantive objections or requirements from Transport and Highways, the Crime Prevention Design Advisor, completion of a Section 106 agreement, and finalising conditions.
