Delegated to the Planning Manager for consideration of any requirements from the Crime Prevention Design Advisor, the Affordable Housing Officer, Environmental Quality Officer, finalising conditions, satisfactory completion of a section 106 agreement (to include a contribution towards the existing public play space areas.)
