Demolition of the existing building and the erection of two buildings containing 24 no residential dwellings together with associated access, car parking, landscaping and amenity space.

Delegated to the Planning Manager to grant planning permission subject to the completion of a satisfactory S106 agreement to secure off-site Education and Affordable Housing Contributions and a preclusion on future occupiers obtaining parking permits; and, acceptable surface water drainage requirements.
