The Committee noted that Councillor R Sandhu had missed three consecutive meetings. Councillor Sandhu stated that the meeting of 30^th October 2017 was an Extraordinary meeting and that he was away during this period on planned leave. Having considered all the information and the fact that Councillor Sandhu had only missed two scheduled meetings, the Committee agreed that no further action be taken.

Resolved –  That details of the Members Attendance Record 2017/18 be noted.
