The Panel noted the progress made on the actions agreed at recent meetings.  Further information was tabled with regards to the issues raised by Members at the last meeting on 18^th January on the free use of the cycle hire scheme for looked after children and the measures being taken to tackle problem drinking and smoking in parks and open spaces.  Members asked about the level of enforcement of the Public Space Protection Order in Salt Hill Park and it was agreed that further information would be provided.

Resolved –

(a)  That the Action Progress Report be noted.

(b)  That further information be provided to the Panel on the level of enforcement of the Public Space Protection Order in Salt Hill Park and the number of penalty notices issued.
