The Chair advised that costings in the 2017- 2018 Slough SACRE Action/Forward Plan could not be authorised until the budget had been confirmed. Expenditure to date would also be required to be ascertained to ensure that any proposed actions requiring funding could be met.

It was noted however, that priority would be given to training for RE Teachers relating to the Agreed Syllabus.

Resolved – That the Chair and SACRE Advisor liaise with Johnny Kyriacou, Service Lead School Effectiveness to obtain an accurate picture of the current  2017-2018 funding positon.
