All Members who believe they have a Disclosable Pecuniary or other Interest  in any matter to be considered at the meeting must declare that interest and, having regard to the circumstances described in Section 4 paragraph 4.6 of the Councillors’ Code of Conduct, leave the meeting while the matter is discussed.

Agenda item 5: P/04144/009, Land north of Norway Drive, Slough – Councillor Gahir declared that the application was in his ward and that he had been the Vice-Chair of Wexham Court Parish Council at the time the Parish Council had made decisions in relation to the surrender of the lease.  He therefore withdrew from the meeting during consideration of the application.

Agenda item 5: P/04144/009, Land north of Norway Drive, Slough – Councillor Dar declared that the application was in his ward but he had an open mind and would consider and vote on the item.
