Councillor Qaseem had stated earlier in the meeting that she had been present at the meeting held on 13^th October 2020 and it was therefore agreed to amend the Members’ Attendance Record.

Resolved –  That the details of the Members’ Attendance Record be noted, subject to an amendment to the meeting held on 13^th October 2020 to record Councillor Qaseem as being present.
