Changes to Anti-Social Behaviour Tools & Powers

The Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 brings a number of changes to the tools and powers available to the Council, Thames Valley Police and other agencies.  There will no be available 6 key tools which will come into effect from October 2014.  This report outlines the new powers, details our partnership preparations for their delivery and seeks Cabinet endorsement.
