• Councillor James C. Swindlehurst - Personal - Councillor Swindlehurst declared an interest in respect of the application in that as the Commissioner for Neighbourhoods and Renewal he took part in a discussion regarding the regeneration of the site, when the Chalvey Regeneration Strategy was brought to the Cabinet meeting on 15th September 2014. He confirmed that he had had no input into the matter since then, had an open mind, and would take part in the discussion and vote on the item.
