Smith - Non Pecuniary - All Members present declared that they had submitted a request for a dispensation for a potential Disclosable Pecuniary Interest in that the Council was the Trustee of The Salt Hill Playing Fields which owned a small part of the application site. Members were advised that the Monitoring Officer had granted dispensations in these circumstances.
