• Councillor Dexter J. Smith - Non Pecuniary - All Members present declared that they had submitted a request for a dispensation for a potential Disclosable Pecuniary Interest in that the Council was the Trustee of The Salt Hill Playing Fields which owned a small part of the application site. Members were advised that the Monitoring Officer had granted dispensations in these circumstances.
• Councillor Haqeeq Dar - Non Pecuniary - All Members present declared that they had submitted a request for a dispensation for a potential Disclosable Pecuniary Interest in that the Council was the Trustee of The Salt Hill Playing Fields which owned a small part of the application site. Members were advised that the Monitoring Officer had granted dispensations in these circumstances.

• Councillor Ted Plenty - Prejudicial - Trustee of Salt Hill Park, Dispensation sought from Monitoring officer, however no response from monitoring officer. Cllr Plenty was not satisfied that a dispensation had been granted at this point in time.
• Councillor Zaffar Ajaib - Non Pecuniary - All Members present declared that they had submitted a request for a dispensation for a potential Disclosable Pecuniary Interest in that the Council was the Trustee of The Salt Hill Playing Fields which owned a small part of the application site. Members were advised that the Monitoring Officer had granted dispensations in these circumstances.
