• Councillor Dexter J. Smith - Personal - Declared that he was member of Colnbrook with Poyle Parish Council. He stated that he had drafted their response to the consultation and may be require to present the Parish’s case at the inquiry. He therefore confirmed that he would not participate and vote on this item.
