Safe gentle movements for the baby and joint relaxation for parent and baby. Experience the joy of parenting spiral with this fun, educational and skills based course.
6 sessions starting Saturday 26 July 26 from 11.45am to 12.30pm.
Learn to massage your baby to support their development and enhance bonding and communication. The course curriculum draws from baby massage traditions across the globe and reflexology. Tutor leads the massage on a life sized baby doll, while parents massage their babies.
Both mums and dads are encouraged to attend these courses.
