Pre-application advice

Slough Borough Council offers a pre-application advice service to help your proposal get planning permission. The council encourages pre-application advice on your development proposals. Advice is given without prejudice to any planning application subsequently submitted.

The Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL)

As at July 2014 the Council have not implemented CIL. This is being kept under review, and any update will be provided here.
