The corporate plan reflects the council’s achievements over the past year.
The updated edition sets out how we intend to achieve the targets outlined in the first edition over the next two years.
As we are a three star authority and are no longer required to produce a separate performance plan, we have merged our corporate plan with the annual best value performance plan.
