Careline's individual alarms connect you at the touch of a button to a 24 hour centre in Slough where we have friendly and professional people on hand to help - no matter what your problem is.
If you are feeling vulnerable or wish to have the reassurance of help at the end of a phone line all year round an individual alarm system could be for you.
The alarm comes with a small push button pendant that can be worn around the neck, clipped to clothing or worn as a watch. If help is needed, the professionally trained Careline staff will have the necessary information to summon help from a relative, friend or neighbour or the emergency services. Careline staff will stay on the line providing reassurance until help arrives.
For your peace of mind and your own security, a key safe is included in the package. This allows safe storage of keys outside the home to enable the emergency services immediate access in the event of an emergency.

Elderly people, disabled people, anyone living on their own - in fact anyone at all who lives in Slough or within a 20 mile radius.
The alarm unit can be located virtually anywhere in your home or office. You will need a telephone line with a modern phone socket and a power point close by. Careline uses the existing telephone line - you do not need another installed.
The rental charge can be added to your rent account if you are a council tenant.
