Registering with Slough

We operate a registration system rather than an NQT pool. We prefer you to be recruited directly and speedily by our schools, so you can be sure you get the school you would like.

We speed up the process for you by e-mailing your details to interested schools twice weekly. All you need to do is register with Slough centrally.  Use the guidelines together with the person specification sheet to fill in the registration form and monitoring form found below.

You can either wait for schools to approach you or you can contact schools directly to introduce yourself. To contact our recruitment strategy manager email TeacherRecruitment@slough.gov.uk or telephone (01753) 875679.

You can still apply directly to adverts from the eteach website. Or apply to jobs from advertised in the Times Educational Supplement. We just want our schools to know about you and for you to know about Slough.
