In the event of the planned demolition of your council home we would consult you, providing several months notice to agree your needs for suitable alternate housing.
We would also discuss with you payment for home loss and disturbance.
You would need to download and complete a housing application form and make very clear on the form that your home is to be demolished to ensure you are awarded the highest priority transfer band.
