Educational and related European opportunities

Students in higher education at a UK university who are required to study abroad as part of their course can apply for additional funding. For additional information please contact student support via email studentsupport@slough.gov.uk or call 01753 875721 (lines are open between 2pm and 4pm, Monday to Friday, alternatively you can call the Student Loans Company on 0845 6077577).

• ECTS (European Credit Transfer System) - academic recognition of studies abroad
• Electronic Training Village - includes European study visits for vocational training, transparency of qualifications and implications for CVs (information on the European Forum on Transparency of Vocational Qualifications), also other resources and reports on vocational education
• Erasmus Student Network International - students working for exchange students, includes guides to studying in other countries, European policy issues, European student organisations
