On receipt of your application and all supporting documents, a consultation will be carried out with:
The consultation period will be 28 days so any objections to the application can be made. If no objections are received the application will be granted and the Street Trading Consent issued. If objections are received the application will be referred to the Licensing Sub-Committee.
Where the application is for the renewal of a Street Trading Consent, the application must be received in full no later than 1 month before the renewal date.
