Consumer advice in Slough is now provided by Consumer Direct South East. Consumer Direct is a telephone and online consumer advice service, that is supported by local authorities in the south east and by the Department of Trade and Industry.

If you would like to talk to an advisor about a consumer issue please call 08454 04 05 06.

Citizens Advice Bureaux (CAB)
CAB are able to advise on employment, housing, money, debt, benefits, basic immigration and relationship matters.

The bureau is open on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10am. 

Short gateway interviews are offered from this time to see if we can help you or direct you to more specialist help elsewhere. These may be limited by volunteer shortages. Appointments are only given after these initial interviews or after a similar interview over the phone. We can only advise people who live in Slough.

The advice line number for Slough Citizens Advice Bureau is 0845 120 3712. This is currently open from 2pm to 4pm on Mondays and Fridays and from 10am to 1pm on Wednesdays.
